LACRM - The User Group
The LA CRM User Group leads the on-going development of the application, ensuring the local authority focus.
The highly practical LA CRM User Group Model Though membership of this group the members resource a development team located in ISB Belfast. The User Group also provide direction to this team prioritising the release of new modules and interpreting new legislation and directives. From time to time, the User Group will initiate cross authority working groups to collaboratively investigate and design new application modules. Through the sharing of expertise the User Group provide a center of excellence which aims to deliver mutual support. The unique publishing module of the application supports genuine code sharing, in effect creating a virtual development team located across the User Group member sites. In this way User Authority's contribute resources to the common good. |
