LACRM - Recent Developments
The LA CRM application is constantly growing and improving. New modules recently implemented include:
The LA CRM Connector This toolkit has been issued as a seperate module, compatible with Version 2.3. onward. From Version 3 onward it is to be integrated into the core application.
Freedom of Information Act (Version 2.3) This modul has been developed under the guidance of a cross authority working group. It is fully compliant with the current legislation. The FOI module is compatible with Version 2.3 onward.
The Single Business Account (Version 3) This modul is being developed under the guidance of a cross authority working group. It is designed to comply with the specification raised by the WWB National Project.
The Multi-Authority Version Version 3 is the first multi-authority version. It necessarily includes additional functionality to support application of the Data Protection Act.
