LACRM - The Belfast Newham Partnership
Information Services Belfast Information Services Belfast (ISB) is the Information Systems and Technology Service of Belfast City Council (BCC). Over the past 30 years, ISB has established an enviable reputation as a provider of premium quality, flexible Local Authority systems, to both the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The London Borough of Newham London Borough of Newham designed and developed the original version of the CRM application. Today they bring this forward thinking vision to the development of strategy for the on-going development of LA CRM.
The Partnership The LA CRM application is maintained and developed by a team located at Belfast. ISB therefore take responsibility for the configuration management and release of all versions, for the facilitation of the User Group and for the coordination of development by User Group members. Contracts for the support of LA CRM are directly between ISB and user, allowing us to keep our promise to the authority directly. Both ISB and LBN are involved in the marketing effort. |
