LA CRM Connector is a versatile adaptor supporting integration with
back office applications via either:

middleware approach which will be either, a messaging 'hub' type
such as BizTalk or LGOL-NET (usually XML-based) or client manipulation
(AWI, Io), using the back office systems' COM object.
The
bespoke approach which will be the posting and release of data via
the CRM data Warehouse or point to point, using the back office
application API.
