LACRM - Arranging to see the application
Standing Arrangements Both ISB and LBN have arrangements in place to allow authorities to view the application and to consider implementation. Both bring a wealth of practical experience in the implementation of CRM for local authorities and in the use of the LA CRM application.
Recommended Approach A recommended approach is for the interested authority to contact ISB for a demonstration. This can be delivered either in Belfast on at a location provided by the authority.This will allow the authority to gain an understanding of the application. It also allows for discussion of both challenges and potential approaches in the implementation of CRM. At the time of the demonstration, arrangements can be made for a visit to LBN to see the application in use and to discuss operational arrangements. At the visit the Authority will be able to consider the benefits which may be delivered via a mature implementation of LA CRM.
